• Not post prohibited items (weapons, illegal goods, etc.)
• Respect other users and communicate professionally
• Use SNOBBED only as intended

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Communication

By using the platform, you agree to be contacted via the phone number or email address you have provided. This includes communications from SNOBBED and from other users regarding listings and potential transactions.

5. Listings and Transactions

All listings on SNOBBED are created by users. We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the quality of items. Users are solely responsible for the content they post and the transactions they conduct.

6. Disclaimers

SNOBBED is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of listed items
• The accuracy of listings
• The ability of buyers to pay for items
• The ability of sellers to deliver items
• Any disputes between users

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Use at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNOBBED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of SNOBBED after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Purchase Terms and Service Fees

When purchasing items through SNOBBED's checkout system, the following terms apply:

Service Fees

• Buyer Service Fee: For items under $100, a flat fee of $2.50 applies. For items $100 and above, a service fee of 2.5% of the item price is charged.
• Seller Service Fee: A 2.5% fee is deducted from the seller's final payment for all transactions processed through our platform.

Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.00 applies to most deliveries within our standard service areas.
• Remote Location Surcharge: SNOBBED reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations. Any additional charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
• Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery is 2-3 business days after order confirmation, subject to seller processing time and location.

Payment and Order Processing

• All purchases are processed as Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
• Payment is due upon receipt of the item to the delivery personnel.
• Orders are confirmed only after seller acceptance and may be cancelled if the item becomes unavailable.
• All fees are clearly displayed during checkout and are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information including phone number and complete address.
• Be available at the specified delivery address during the delivery timeframe.
• Inspect items upon delivery and report any issues immediately to our support team.
• Payment is due upon delivery. Refusal to pay after accepting delivery may result in account suspension.

Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon between buyer and seller.
• Returns and refunds must be negotiated directly between buyer and seller. SNOBBED does not facilitate returns or refunds.
• If an item is significantly different from the listing description, contact support@snobbed.com for assistance.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, we encourage parties to resolve issues directly. If you cannot reach a resolution, contact us at support@snobbed.com. However, SNOBBED is not responsible for resolving disputes and does not guarantee refunds or returns.

10. User-Generated Content

By posting content on SNOBBED, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post it.

You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@snobbed.com. Upon account deletion, your listings will be removed, but transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

12. Intellectual Property and Brand Logos

All brand names, trademarks, and logos displayed on SNOBBED are the property of their respective owners. These logos are used solely for identification purposes to indicate the brands of the products listed by users on our platform.

SNOBBED is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands featured on the site unless explicitly stated. Use of these logos does not imply any association or partnership with the respective brand owners.

If you are a trademark owner and believe your logo or intellectual property is being misused, please contact us at support@snobbed.com and we will address your concern promptly.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
